Bnrtlett, of Clerelnnd, who is recruiting for the last Company to he formed Id Cot. Harnett's 1st Oliio Artillery Regiment, is anxious to raiso a squad of 23 men Id Cliardon, to man one of llie guns. A rare opportunity is thus afforded to young men wuo desire to enter this branch of (he service. Several have already enlisted, and we presume the de-aired number will soon be raised. Col.

4. Art. 5. The Soorotary shall aot as Treasurer.
