Upper Dei Matn« thurtday, Nflvenibet 3, 1955 New Jolly Neighbors Club Formed; Lone Rock Area Lone Rock—Mrs Wayne Drone, Mrs Edwin Wichtendahl, Mrs Elmer Pijahn and Mrs Carl Rhinehardt were hostesses at a party Wednesday, Sept. 14 at the Drone home for the purpose of organizing a neighbor club. Sixteen ladies were present and Mrs Rhinehardt took charge of the meeting. An election of officers was held with President, Mrs Carl Rhinehardt; vice president, Mrs Orvllle Gardener; secretary- treasurer, Mrs Roy Kading; reporter, Mrs Wayne Drone. Mrs Edwin Wichtendahl and Mrs Elmer Pijahn had charge of the program. Second meeting of the club was a halloween party last Wednesday evening, Oct. 26 in the machine ; shed at the Carl Rhine- hardt farm. The Jolly Neighbors was the chosen name and a prize, was given to Mrs Edwin Luedtke who suggested the name. Each member took a guest and everyone came in costume with E rizes going to Mrs Louise Seege- arth and Pearl Bayer. A delicious lunch was served by the hostesses Mrs Charles Abrahamson and Mrs Roger Anderson. The next meeting will be with Mrs Wayne Drone, Nov., 30, Mrs Orville Gardener assisting. Idle H6ur Club Idle Hour Club met Thursday at the Art Person home with Mrs Odey Cherland assisting.
