Add one pound grated cheddar cheese. Stir until melted. Gradually stir in one cup evaporated milk. Blend in 1 tsp. dry mustard, '/a tsp. salt, Vi tsp. Worcestershire sause and 2 eggs beaten. Cook for about one minute longer. Fry one pound pork links slowly for about 15 minutes. Turn carefully to avoid breaking the links, Serve rarebit on hot toast with 2 links of sausage on each serving.
