A native of Gary, she graduated from the Conservatory of Music at Eastern Michigan col-1 lege and later studied Michigan State university and Flint Institute of Arts. In 1945 she resigned her position as chairman of the Arts department of Northern high school in Flint to devote her full time to the public practice of Christian Science healing.1 ST. Mor ris of Arlington Heights Methodist church officiated. Her husband, John, preceded her in death. Survivors include one son. Dominic of Rockford; four daughters: Marie Zimmer, Prairie View; Marguerite Lambert; Nellie Lambert and Elizabeth Lambert all of Arlington Heights: two brothers and sisters in Europe: also five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was owner of Schillo Plastic Mfg. Co. He is survived by a daughter, 1 Marilyn Pulford, Bensenville; two 1 sisters: Esther Wagner and May Schillo; two grandsons James and I Stephen. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel, a son. John and a brother, George P.

Vernon M. Gliot Funeral services were held for Vernon M. Gliot, 121 S. Vail, Arlington Heights, September 1 from the Lauterburg and Oehler chapel, Arlington Heights. He died August 29 at the age of 62.

The Rev. Dale E. Owens officiated and burial was in Memory Gardens cem- etery. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha; survivors are two sons: Vernon Palatine; Edward Arlington Heights; one daughter, Lorraine Angeloff, Arlington Heights; one brother, Harold. Roselle; and threee sisters: Elsie Mitchell, Evanston; Irene Dirks, Chicago: and Louise Foster, San Diego, also 10 grandchildren.
