Many Reservations Being Made for Easter Party Many Wichitans are making reservations the annual Easter party to be held on Easter Monday by the Altar society of Blessed Sacrament church. The party, which will be in the church undercroft, will feature bridge, canasta and other games in the afternoon and evening, beginning at 2 and 8 respectively. The public may attend and tickets may be obtained from Mrs. Eugene Kelley, 62-1323, or Mrs. Bernard Weldon, 6-0918, or they may be purchased the door.

The single ring ceremony, which was performed by Rev. Paul C. Johnston, D. D. took place befor: a fireplace banked with greenery.

The cascade bridal bouquet was of baby brown orchids and sweetheart roses. Mrs. James W. Gill of Cincinnati, was the bride's only attendant. Her gown was a toast colored, short-length dress of imported Chantilly lace over matching silk taffeta.

The boat-shaped neckline was completely outlined in matching bead clusters. Tiny clusters of beads dotted the entire bodice and the short push-up sleeves. She carried a cascade of feathered pink carnations. James W. Gill of Cincinnati, brother of the bride, served as best man.

The bride's mother chose a navy sheer crepe with a low, square neckline faced in mauve pink organza. Mauve pink organza trimmed the below elbow sleeves. The slim skirt was accented by a flanged side drape of matching navy sheer crepe. The bridegroom's mother wore a midnight blue lace gown with bracelet length sleeves and a carved neckline. Both mothers had white orchid corsages.

Assisting at the reception which followed the ceremony, were Mrs. E. P. Van Zandt of Fort Worth, Mrs. Frank L.

Burton A. Lovelady of Lincoln officiating. Potted schefferlii and basket of white gladioli and snapdragons decorated the altar, which was flanked by candelabra. Miss Pat Brockett of Lincoln played nuptial selections and accompanied Ray Rasmussen of Vesper, who sang. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a ballerina-length, afternoon dress of Alice blue bengaline, fashioned with blue lace ruching outlining the sweetheart neckline and deep cuffs on the elbow length sleeves of the Eton jacket.

Her hat of blue flower petals and rhinestones was draped with a blue shoulder-length veil. She wore elbow-length, white gloves and carried a white Bible, a gift from the bridegroom's grandmother. Topping the Bible were pink Pinnochio rosebuds and stephanotis showered with white lace streamers. Miss Naomi Schroeder, Salina, as maid of honor wore a twopiece, beige silk shantung with navy accessories and a corsage of American Beauty roses and glamour leaves. The bridesmaid, Miss Betty Martin of Wichita, wore an identically styled.

She wore a rose taffeta dress with navy trim and a halo and wristlet of white daisies. The mother of the bride chose a dressmaker suit with navy accessories. She wore. a corsage of Frenched pink carnations.

When the couple left for their wedding trip to Oklahoma and Texas, Mrs. Baker was wearing pink suit with navy accessories and a corsage of pink carnations. Findlay while in Mexico two years ago by the Mexican composer, Julian Carrillo, famous for his theory of the "13th sound." Mrs. Findlay will give a brief introductory talk about Mexican music and Carrillo. She has planned the program by playing these four piano preludes and adding a group of Mexican songs to be sung by Miss Rosita Coutant accompanied by Miss Pat Walterscheid, with commentary and reading of original poems on Mexican theme by Mrs.
