Music “The Sounds and Sights of San Francisco,” an hour-long program showing the varied musical life and many of the impressive sights of the cosmopolitan Bay Area metropolis, will be seen and heard on ‘ The Bell Telephone Hour” tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. on Channels 3 and 4. The program will show both the classical and popular music activities of many talented groups and individuals, as well as some of the musical recreational life of the Golden Gale City. Other shows of special interest this weekend: TONIGHT: The 1967 ‘ Hollywood Stars of Tomorrow Awards,” presenting 10 of the most promising young national and international actresses in motion pictures and television, will be telecast at 9:30 p.m. on Channels 7 and 11. A traditional hootenanny with Pete Seeger, Joan Baez, Sonny Terry, Brownie McGhee and others will be seen as an hour- long music special at 9:30 p.m. on Channel 9. Lawrence Welk will offer a musical tribute to the late Walt Disney on his show on Channels 7 and 11 at 8:30 p.m. Comedian Irwin Corey and comic-musician Dizzy Gillespie make up a pair of unpredictable guests on Jim Lange’s “Oh, My Word.” game show on Channel 7 at 10:30 p.m. California meets Santa Ciara Paul Newman. Laurence Harvey, Claire Bloom and Edward G. Robinson star in “The Outrage,” based on the 8th century Japanese story “Rashomon,” but set in Western America, to be seen as “The Best of Hollywood” movie at 11:15 p.m. on Channel 7. Doris Day, Clark Gable. Mamie Van Doren and Gig Young appear in a comedy about a journalistic triangle in “Teacher’s Pet” to be presented on “Saturday Night at the Movies” on Channels 3 and 4 at 9 o’clock. SUNDAY: Ronald Ribman’s original drama. “The Final War of Oily Winter,” with Ivan Dixon in the title role, will be presented as a 90-minute special on “CBS Playhouse” at 9 p.m. on Channels 5 and 10. “The Final W'ar of Oily Winter” deals with a Negro master sergeant serving a tour of duty in Vietnam in 1963.
