BASE FLOODING Hamilton Air Force engineer estimated $20.000 damage to seven flooded homes on West Kelly Drive. The base was put on emergency alert when waters began rising. Troops evacuated the families, but by today, all but two had moved back. Loma reported lot of water and mud on Corte Norte and Corte Sur when two storm drains plugged. works crews received about 200 reports of flooding.

The worst was in the Warner Creek watershed and at Center Road and South Novato Boulevard. MAIN BROKEN Twice, water overran the parking lot at the Nave Shopping Center and only sandbagging kept it from the stores. Wild Horse Valley Boulevard was undermined and a water main leading to the Wild Horse Marin Water District lost about three million gallons of water in two water main breaks during the storm. Repairs were estimated at $4.000 by Jerome B. Gilbert, district manager.

Warner Creek flooding hit three of the four apartment complexes at 809 819, 815 and 801 Diablo Avenue. Mrs. Betty Wolfe, manager of the apartments, said tons of mud ruined a lot of carpeting. WALL CRUSHED Tamalpais Valley A mud slide broke through the rear wall of the W. S.

Grundy home at 436 Green Glen Way Friday at about 7 p.m., filling two empty bedrooms with several feet of mud. The slide also undermined three trees which crushed a rear bathroom. was vacuuming in the rear said Mrs. Naomi Duckworth, an aunt of Mrs. Grundy, the mud broke through so fast that it was up to my knees before I could No one was injured in the house.

Sausalito A mud slide engulfed the front of the G.H Golds home at 529 Sausalito Boulevard Friday night when a retaining wall collapsed. Bolinas The Bolinas public utilities dam washed out Friday night, and pending repair district customers will draw from the Bolinas Beach public utilities reservoir. Mill Valley West Blithedale Avenue was still flooded today from Cottage to Eldridge avenues because of a blocked culvert. Belvedere The John H. Newell home at 35 Cove Road was flooded with about 18 inches of water Friday.

The Newell family left the house about midnight. Saturday night the water rose over docks of Belvedere Lagoon homes, covered several gardens, carried off some deck furniture, etc. Troy Lewis of Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Co. ported service to about 850 telephones was interrupted at various times during the storm, due to wet cables. About 40 telephones in the San Rafael area were out this morning, he said.

Z. P. Melcon of Pacific Gas and Electric Co. reported that the only serious power outage since Saturday noon was at about 5 p.m. Saturday, 1,100 customers in Southern San Anselmo and Ross lost electricity for about two and a half hours.

The storm canceled the outdoor band concert and pigeon fly-out of the Novato birthday celebration, but other events were held as scheduled. Also rained out were a concert at Dominican College by soprano Gwen Curatillo, a concert in the College of Marin gymnasium by the Symphony Guild of Marin, and the midwinter formal dance of San Rafael High School in the school gymnasium. To noon today, the storm had dropped 12.26 inches of rain on San Rafael. Other rainfall figures for the storm, to 8 a.m. today, were: Ross, 15.62; San Anselmo, 10.07; Chevy Chase area of Larkspur, 10.52; Fairfax, 11.05; Woodacre.

12.59; Inverness, 9.5; Point Reyes Station, 7.6; Bolinas, 6.79; Mill Valley, 7.66; Tamalpais Valley, 8.21; Sausalito, 7.30; Civic Center, 9.81; Santa Venetia, 13.45; Terra Linda, 6.8; Hamilton Air Force Base, 8.07; and Novato, 6.91. More rain was forecast for tonight and tomorrow. Mary C. Tacchi Dies At 86 Mrs. Mary C.

Tacchi, 86, died yesterday ina local convalescent hospital, where she had been a patient two years. She was the widow of Antone Tacchi. who was superintendent of a brick company in Green- brae. He died in 1936. Mrs.

Tacchi was born in Italy and emigrated to America as a child, settling in Marin County. She lived many years in Kentfield and San Rafael. Survivors are two sons, John and Charles and a brother, George Soldavini, all of San Rafael. Requiem Mass will be at 9:30 a. m.

Wednesday at St. Church. Entombment will be in Mount Olive Cemetery, San Rafael. Mortuary, San Rafael, is in charge of arrangements. JOHN CROZIER John Crozier, a retired supervisor of communications at Hamilton Air Force Base, was dead on arrival at Marin General Hospital yesterday after apparently suffering a heart attack on his boat at Loch Lomond Yacht Harbor.

He was 63. He had suffered an earlier attack in June and was under the care of a doctor, said his son, John Winters Crozier. A native of Canada, Crozier came to California in 1925 and lived in San Francisco and the East Bay before moving to Marin County in 1942. His home was at 175 Cascade Drive, Fairfax. Crozier is survived by his wife, Katherine J.

Crozier; his son, John W. Crozier of Novato; two brothers, Wilson Crozier of New Carlisle, Canada, and Roy Crozier of Murdochville, Canada; four sisters, Mrs. Lillian Coul, Mrs. Martha Wilkie, Mrs. Mabel Fortune and Mrs.

Eleata lett, all of Montreal, Canada, and two grandchildren. Funeral will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Mortuary. San Rafael. Inurnment will be private.

and Edison Riggs of San Jose; and a sister, Geraldine Yerington of San Rafael. She is also survived by five grandchildren. The family has requested memorial contributions to the Marin County Cancer Society. GERRIT MEULENKAMP Funeral for Gerrit Meulen- kamp, 67, of 54 Mission Avenue, San Rafael, will be tomorrow at 11 a.m. at Mortuary, San Rafael.

An international fruit broker. Meulenkamp died Saturday at his home after an illness lasting four months. He began in business in his native Rotterdam, Holland, 40 years ago and maintained his head office there while operating a local office at his San Rafael home. He was a member of the Holland-America Society. Survivors are his wife, Jeanne Meulenkamp; a daughter, Mrs.

Jack Dooling of San Francisco: a son, Johannes Meulenkamp of Sacramento; a sister, Miss Cornelia Meulenkamp of Rotterdam, and seven grandchildren. JOSEPH J. RUZISCSKA Funeral for Joseph J. Ruzisc- ska, employee of Burgman Manufacturing Co. of San Rafael and a member of Machinists Union Local No.

291 of San Rafael, was held Saturday at Parent Funeral Chapel in Petaluma. Ruziscska died in a Santa Rosa hotel Wednesday after a short illness. He was 61 years old. A native of Minnesota, he moved to the Petaluma area 50 years ago. He worked for a milling company and raised poultry for a time before becoming a machinist.

He is survived by his wife, Emma Ruziscska; a son, Joseph J. Ruziscska Jr. of Petaluma; two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Heideman of San Francisco and Julia Ruziscska of Sonoma; a brother, Roy Ruziscska of Petaluma and two grandsons. Interment was at Cypress Hill Cemeterv.

DOMENICO RASO Rosary for Domenico Raso of Terra Linda will be recited at 8 p. m. today at the Harry M. Williams Mortuary, San Rafael. Raso, a native of Italy, died yesterday in a local hospital after a brief illness.

He was 87. Rosary will also be recited tomorrow at 7:30 p. m. at the J. P.

Finley Son Mortuary, Portland. and Requiem Mass will be offered Wednesday at 9:30 a. m. at St. Catholic Church, Portland.

Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Portland. A retired maintenance man for the First National Bank in Portland, Raso moved to Marin County three years ago after his death, and made his home with his daughter, Mrs. Malinda M. Jorgensen at 837 Del Ganado Road, Terra Linda. He is also survived by two grandchildren.

MRS. MARGARET E. PARROTT Mrs. Margaret E. Parrott, 78.

of Walnut Creek, mother of Glenn E. Parrott of San Rafael, died yesterday in a Walnut Creek hospital after a short illness. She was the widow of Sherman B. Parrott, who died in 1940. He was in the automotive business.

Mrs. Parrott, born in Canada, lived in Walnut Creek a year. Survivors are her son; two daughters, Mrs. Jean Blanchard of Menlo Park and Mrs. Peggy Annn Johanson of Malibu, and three grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 3 p. m. Wednesday in the Garden Chapel of Walnut Creek. Burial will be in Acacia Cemetery, Seattle, Wash. the funeral Wednesday.

(1 231 MARJORIE BOOTH VICTOR DANIELS Funeral for Mrs. Marjorie Booth of San Rafael will be held tomorrow at 11 a.m. at the Harry M. Williams Mortuary, San Rafael. Burial will be in Mount Tamalpais Cemetery.

Mrs. Booth, 55, died yesterday in a local hospital after a long illness. She had lived for the last three months with her mother, Mrs. Amy M. Yerington of 2020 Fifth Avenue, San Rafael.

A native of Goldfield, Mrs. Booth worked as a stenographer in Sacramento until she became ill. She was a member of St. Episcopal Church. Ross.

She is survived by her husband, Robert G. Booth of San Francisco; her mother, Mrs. Yerington; three daughters, Mrs. Jean Golsch of Fair Oaks, Sacramento county; Mrs. Amy Hess of San Rafael, and Susan Riggs of Albuquerque, N.M.; two sons, Air Force Gifford Riggs of Klamath Falls, Funeral for Victor E.

Daniels of San Anselmo was held today at Chapel of the Hills, San Anselmo, under auspicee of Marin Lodge 191, Free and Accepted Masons. Daniels, a retired Army major who lived at 212 San Francisco Boulevard, San Anselmo, died unexpectedly Friday evening in San Francisco, apparently of a heart attack. He was 53. A native of Riverbank, Stanislaus County, Daniels was a supervisor for the Veterans Administration in San Francisco. He was a member of Noah Lodge 754, Free and Accepted Masons of Altmont, N.

Y. and of the Marin County Retired Officers Assn. He is survived by his wife, Willetta Daniels of San Anselmo, and two sons, Stephen R. Daniels of Sacramento and Jeffrey Daniels of San Anselmo. The family has requested memorial gifts to the Marin County Heart Assn.
