Palmetto park Aug 26 and sexually assaulting one of them The two Tampa teens 16 and 17 were led to Black-stone Puk after three men gave then mirfiuiHing directions and then trapped them there at about convenience stores in January Joe Nathan Houston Jr 27 last known address 1610 16th St Bradenton is wanted on a variety of cocaine trafficking charges Detectives have beep looking for Houston a former agents thought he might be working out of day-labor offices in the Tampa area He is not found April 20 1991 Manatee County sheriff's deputies complain the FBI never contacted them about the mid-March
