Bobby Beats Draws With Boris Reykjavik Iceland (UPI) US grandmaster Bobby Fischer won a victory in his battle over television cameras last night but had to settle for a draw with champion Boris Spassky of the Soviet Union after his 45th move XU die fourth game of the world championship chess match Fischer made his 45th move a pawn to his queen bishop three and Spassky offered the draw with a simple inclination of his head Fischer accepted immediately got up with his glass of orange juice in hand end strode from the Icelandic chess hall Spassky holds a lead of 2 points to 1H points over
