women from various groups of the association will attend They will be address ed by Zanesville women who are leaders in business and profession al life The meeting is sponsored by the Older Group Work committee of the YWCA of which Mrs Anderson is chairman The committee new this year is interested mainly in fostering the educational program of young business and professional women of the YWCA Miss Ethel Mast representing the board at the dinner will bring greetings to the business girls The program will be a panel on the theme Job The National This is the subject chosen by the nation wide planning committee The panel will be pre sented by three women outstand ing ip their professions and con versant with the critical problems of the present day as they affect women Mrs Mary Vashti unk her com munity as well as the changes that are taking place in the world at large Dean Cora I Orr of Muskingum college will present the subject: "The Nation's She will say that it is the business to recognize the essential part played today by young business women in the war effort and play ed tomorrow in the post war world She will help the young business girl to think of her own abilities to view her job realistically to see that doing a good job where she now is brings greater personal sat isfaction and quicker professional advancement as well as contribu ting in the best way to the war ef fort ollowing the panel Miss Jose phine Sebach who is teacher co ordinator of distributive education at Lash High school will lead an informal discussion Miss Sebach is in a position to give many import ant facts about the types of jobs available and kinds of skills need ed in our community Those pres ent wdll have an opportunity to ask about existing vocational opportu nities Students of both Miss Orr and Miss Sebach who are now ready to go into jobs and have expressed a desire to hear the panel will be present Miss Evelyn Noxsel general sec retary of the Y'WCA will discuss the plans for
