Monday at home in Rye Brook He was 74 He was bom June 14 1922 in Washington DC to Thomas and Elizabeth Moore Healy Mr Healy was a graduate of Phillips Academy in Andover Mass Yale University in New Haven Conn and Georgetown University Law School in Wash- ington During World War II he was an infentry lieutenant in the 5th Division of Gen George Third Army Mr Healy saw action in France and Luxembourg and was wounded twice He was awarded the Silver Star the Purple Heart with Oak Leaf Cluster the Combat Infantry Badge and the European' Theater Ribbon with four battle stars' On SepL 15 1956 Mr Healy married Edith GPM Corten at the Church of the Resurrection in Rye The couple lived in Rye and moved to Rye Brook in 1988 A member of the New York Bar Mr Healy specialised in labor law
