1928 at St Paul's Lutheran Church in Mount Vernon' Her husband died Sept 4 1988 Mrs Ryan was a member of the Ossining United Methodist Church and the Daughters of the John CL Lami: musician John Lanni a Pelham resident who toured with Frank Sinatra and was billed as "The Master of the Saxes" died Wednesday at New Rochelle Hospital Medical Center He was 80 Mr Lanni was born April 18 1933 in Port Chester to Peter and Florence Lanni Lanni He grew up there and graduated from Inrl Chester High School He was a self-employed musician the past 42 years playing the saxophone and appearing with several orchestras A highlight of his career was touring with Frank Sinatra Mr Lanni was a member of the Dorothy Dosser: retired Dorothy Bosser a Yonkers resident for more than 75 years died of heart foilure at home Monday She was 78 She was a retired meat wrapper for She worked at several over 24 years rer tiring from the one in Hastings-on-Hudson in 1976 Mrs Bosser was born Aug 26 1915 in Utica to Charles and Eva Mas haw Loftus She married William Bosser on Rose Mary Berrigan a teacher and homemaker from Larch-mont died Saturday at the Providence Rest Home in the Bronx She was 99 She was born March 1 1894 to John and Marie Sheridan Smith in New York City where she was raised and educated She taught in the New York school system On July 5 1922 she married William Ely: artist William Ely an artist and former White Plains resident died Nov 11 at his home in Milford Conn after a long illness He was 80 Mr Ely was born Sept 7 1913 in New York City to John and Evelyn Gates Ely He grew up in White Plains He graduated from White Plains High School in 1932 and studied at the Pratt Institute of Art in Brooklyn During World War II he served in the Coast Guard His walcrcolor paintings were bought by collectors including those from Japan Great Britain and Puerto Rico When he lived in White Plains he was a member of Memorial Methodist Church He had lived in Milford for 38 years and belonged to the local Art League and Fine Arts Council lie is survived by his wife Martha Gustafson Ely of Milford a son William Jr of Nashville Tcnn a daughter Diane Dattolo of Wallingford Conn a
