coordinator at the Plaza Nursing Agency in Yonkers where she worked for four years until March Prior to that she worked at Reliable Staffing of Westchester Inc in New Rochelle and at other home care and nursing Port Chester Rye resident SC Later he moved to New York City and Port Chester He enlisted in the Army in 1941 serving in Europe during World War II Mr Bennett remained in the Army after-the war and served in the Korean War He was honorably discharged in 1962 as a sergeant Mr Bennett later settled in North Charleston SC where he worked in the -maintenance de- partment of WCBD-TV until re- deputy mayor and police commissioner Trustee Brian Gallagher was named fine commissioner Walter Taubner and Police Chief Dennis Carroll were appointed trustees of the police pension fond
