Mr Aken was associated with Ralynn Newmark Stadler a trustee of Westchester Community College since 1977 died of cancer Monday at her Mamaroneek home She was 64 poet writer and lecturer on literary topics Mrs Stadler was a former resident of New York City and a rest- dent- of County for 36 years She lived In New Rochelle from 1953 to 1976 and moved to Mamaroneck In 1977 From 1977 to 1980 she was a contributing writer to the weekly Westchester section of The New York Times She was also active In community cultural affelrs In the late 1960s she was creative producer of for the New Leonard Ibwdonoi longtime softball player Fire and the Rom" an exploration Into the meaning of TJL poetry was produced by Equity Library Theatre In Manhattan She and her husband also founded the Stadler Center for Poetry at BuckneU University In PemuytvAnia In addition to her literary and cultural activities Mrs- Stadler held a number of posts In Demo- cratk politics first In Adlal presidential recently she created and led the Circle at the Mamaro-nedc Free Library Mrs Stadler and her husband Jack published a literary review "Prism" In the with Mrs Stadler as associate editor It published the early work of Pulit-sev Prim-winning poet Louis Simpson and Nobel Prize winning author Isaac Bashevis Singer In 1965 Mrs play Leonard "Street" Nardoxxo a devotee of organised softball who took to
