He is survived by his wife; a son, James of Dewey; a daughter. Mrs. Lela Sherman, who is with her husband, a serviceman, in Alabama: a brother, Walter Reinhart of Champaign: four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A son and two sisters preceded him in death. He was a member of the Shi- loh Methodist Church: a member of the Fisher 100F Lodge, and a charter member of Owl Creek Rebekah Lodge, He retired from farming about 12 ago and moved to the present home in Fisher.

Hafele July 21, 1939 in Minier. Surviving are her husband; her mother, Minier; a daughter, Mrs. Donna Chockley, Lansing, three sons, Lane, Larry and Richard, all at home; one granddaughter. Her father preceded her in death. She was a member of the Immanual United Church of Christ, Peotone, the Woman's Guild of the church and she worked for five years in the Peotone school district.

She had lived in Peotone for 26 years. Lewis Barco HAVANA (PNS) Lewis Barco, 57, of rural Trivoli, died at 1:44 a.m. Friday at Graham Hospital in Canton. His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana, the Rev.

William Gray officiating. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Mr.

Barco was born Sept. 22, 1910 at Veedersburg, a son of Harry and Estella Coffing Barco. He married Catherine Cullinan June 15, 1943 at Havana. Survivors include his wife, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in three sisters and two brothers.

He was a World War II Veteran. He had been employed as superintendent of the Peabody Coal Co. at Trivoli. 25, 1967 School Gets Television Mrs. Steinmann BUCKLEY Mrs. Helena Steinmann, 72, died at 12:40 p.m. Friday at Mercy Hospital in Urbana, where she had been a patient since Nov. 12.

She had been in failing health the past year. Her funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 27 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Buckley.

The Rev. Fred Stennfeld will officiate. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery. Friends may call at the FordBaier Funeral Home Sunday afternoon and evening.

Mrs. Steinmann was born April 11, 1895 at Buckley, daughter of Henry and Emelie Ferdina Lustfeldt. She attended St. John's Lutheran School. She was married to Alwin F.

Steinmann Dec. 17, 1913 at Buckley. He died in 1949. She is survived by four sons, Erwin Cicero: Vernon, Nyack, N.Y.: home: Delmar and Mrs. Donald, both at a sister, lian Whisnant, Farmer City; a brother, Otto Lustfeldt, ley; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. Mrs. Lina Pattison LINCOLN (PNS) Mrs. Lina Pattison, 88. of Cleveland, Ohio, a Mount Pulaski native, died at 8:15 p.m.

Thursday at her home. She will be brought to Schahl Funeral Home in Mount Pulaski. Mrs. P. Pattison was born Nov.

28, 1878 in Mount Pulaski, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Pattison. She was married Frank Pattison, who preceded her in death. Surviving is a son, George of Cleveland.

Charles Rundles EL PASO (PNS) Charles M. Rundles, 81, died at 10 p.m. Thursday at the Presbyterian Hospital, Albuquerque, N.M., where he had been a surgical patient for about three months. He will be brought to the Vincent Memorial Home, El Paso, where arrangements will be announced. Miss Christiansen DWIGHT (PNS) Miss Minni Christiansen, 77, a former Dwight resident, died at 10 p.m.

Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Visitation will be Sunday alternoon and evening at the funeral home. Mrs. Calhoun was born June 16, 1883, at Milmine, a daughter of Thomas and' Katherine Barber East. She was married to Leslie Calhoun Sept. 2, 1907, at Normal.

He died in 1961. Surviving are a son, Capt. Richard D. Calhoun, with the U.S. Navy in Pensacola, a granddaughter and two greatgrandsons.

She was a member of the Weedman Methodist Church, the Eastern Star, the Garden Club and the DAR. Friday near Saunemin sent the driver to St. James Hospital in Pontiac, where she was reported in serious condition Friday evening. Mrs. Mabel Torrance, 72, of Whitewater, Wis. was the driver What only occupant.

According to Trooper William Spraig of the state police she was driving south on U.S. 47 about 4 miles north of Illinois 116. He reported that in overtaking and passing another vehicle she forced an oncoming car off the road, then lost control of her car which came to rest in a ditch. Mrs. Torrance was charged with improper passing.

Car Hits Tree; Driver Not Hurt PONTIAC (PNS)-Gary Christianson, 25, of Pontiac, lost control of his car at 12:10 a.m. Friday at the curve on the 4-H blacktop west of Pontiac. The car hit a tree. Christianson, who was not injured, received a ticket from Trooper James Kennedy for driving too fast for conditions. Robert Huff Gets Army Promotion RANDOLPH (PNS) Robert Huff, stationed in Vietnam, has been promoted to specialist four.

He has been in Vietnam since February. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Huff. 2 Dozen Drivers Off Road The operator's licenses of four Central Illinois motorists have been revoked, three based on drunken driving convictions.

Another 20 motorists can't drive because of suspensions, and three others revoked or suspended earlier have been granted probationary permits. Drunken driving revocations affected Mashe M. Harris, William G. Powell and Gary A. Scott of Pekin.

The same reason resulted in a suspension for Haven M. Lyle of 223 Sunnyside Court. Grant R. Hartsock of Pekin recorded three violations within one year, resulting in revocation of his driving privilege. Three violations resulted in the suspension of licenses issued to Thomas S.
