THURSDAY, JUNE 24, 1948 WOMAN'S NEWS Michigan Jewish Council Receives State Award Mrs. Jack -Goldberg, publicity chairman for the Port Chester Section, National Council of Jewish Women, has announced that she has received a report stating that the Michigan Section of Council is the first Jewish group to receive the annual award of the Michigan State Federation of Women's Clubs. The organization was cited as the outstanding club in the state during the year.
