Adjourned Seutoa of the Annua Meeting held at Sand Beach November 10th A 1862 Tho Board of Supervisors for the county of Huron met pursuant to adjournment The meeting was called to order by the chairman The following members ans- ron of and is ty seat of the county of Huron to the place i hereinbefore named deKritx bed and designated he (tnd is hereby sulimilted to the vote of the electors of the aforesaid county of Huron at the next annual township meeting to be held in the several townships in aid county to be held on the first Monday of April in the year of our Lord one thou- and eight hundred and sixty three at which time a vote of the doctors of the county aforesaid shall be token in the respective townships in said county of Huron upon such proposed removal of the county of the county of Huron to the place herein- before designated which said vote shall be token in each of the townships of eaid Coun ty at the place legally designated for their next township meetings And be it farther resolved and enacted That notice of such jimposed removal' bo posted by the County Clerk of said county or by some person designated by said Clerk in at least three of ths most public places in frsnb of the townships of said county of Hu- ron for at least thirty days previous to the time fixed for such vote and that the Coun- ty Clerk have further notice tff said remo-val published in all of the newt papers in raid county of Huron and at least in one thirty days before voting thereon And be it farther rtsdlvtd and That the Board of Supervisors of the Coun- ty of Huran shall appoint CommiUee of three for the purpose of having suitable buildings erected in compliance with section i sixteen (16) of chapter nine (9) of the com piled laws of 'ths State of Michigan end that said committoo bo instructed to accumulate the necessary funds' for the erco-tion of said buildings by selling and offer- ing for solo lots at such county seat and by receiving public donations to be deposited with tho County Treasurer end constitute a fund for the aforesaid purpose of erecting said buildings And be it further resolved and enacted That there shaft be no tax assessed or col- looted for the purpose of erecting the aforesaid buildings nor a countylax for ths pur- pose of building roads thereto for period of five yean from the date of said jroposed removal 1 George Pack made a
