DOLLISOX, Pastor. JOHN HKINZLE was found dead bed at his home on North Third treet lasi Monday afternoon. He tad been quite ill for some time, for the past two years was blind and helpless. About two before he was found dead Mrs. Hinzle was in his room, but did not notice any a a i symptoms at that time, hence his death was a great surprise and shock.

Burial was made Wednesday afternoon. MK. FRANK E. POMERENB received this week a diploma from Law Department of the Ohio State University, and last wefk passed the Supreme Court examination, which a i i to practice before any court in the State. Mr.

Pomereue has returned home and will engage in the practice of his chosen profession with his brother, W.R. Pomerene. Frank is a deep thinker, a fine scholar, and a hard worker, with a legal i and other native, talents, and we predict for him a successful career. U. B- Chnroli Dedicated.

Cecil Morial church is a very handsome place of worship, and is a credit to the euteiprising and a i congregation. The structure complete cost $5,500, of which amount $3,000 is paid aad provided for. A little aiore than $500 was raised at the dedication, leaving the debt now $2000. yesterday forenoon. Hall, of Franklin county, received the highest grade in the mental examination of the applicants who'were physically eligible, and the examiners therefore unaiii- tnousiy recommend in i report to Congressman McClure that he be appointed.

This settles the question of the appointment, as the Congressman announced in advance that it would be i ed entuely by the competitive examination. The successful applicant, C. W. Hall is one of Coshoctou county's very flues' youug men. He ifi almost a perfect specimen of physical manhood, and makes an unusually good appearance In addition to physical superiority aud scholastic a a i he is a young man of good morals and exemplary habits.

His many friends in this aud elsewhere are i a i i with his success. Mr. Hall belongs to the Repub lican party, but politics were not allowed to be a factor in i contest.
