Locke has a chance to win her case, says Marvin Mitchelson, the attorney who set the palimony precedent with a claim against Lee Marvin in 1979. Most palimony agreements are oral, says Mitchelson, who does not represent Locke. If a judge believes Eastwood made certain promises to Locke, she can win, he says.
