A rv Zator and Attorney To Have First Parley -Attorney James Murray was scheduled to hold his first meeting today with 15-year-old Bruce Zator who is accused of the shotgun slaying of a fellow student Commission (PSC) yesterday denied the Long Island Rail Road permission to eliminate two of the four trains it now operates between Rego Park and Ozone Park on the Rockaivay Beach branch The PSC ruled at the aame time that the LIRR which operates the branch under a $15000-a-year lease with New York City may discontinue all facilities at the five stations on the branch except for platforms The PSC said the railroad would have to maintain single platforms at four of the stations and two platforms at the fifth with suitable shelters The LIRR operates two trains in each direction on the branch on
