county attor ney of Lyon county was killed by an train at Glasgow Junction near Bowling lire yesterday rat noon Ho was struck by a southbound freight tm tbo It about noon He died at 2 oclock in the afternoon never regaining conscious ness nessHo Ho arrived at Glasgow on the 11 oclock trainand had hired a convey ance to take him to Brownsville where he was going on legal business The proprietor of a livery stable Mr Allen was In tho buggy with him and they were crossing tho track below the station when struck by a train Mr Molloy was thrown ont on his head and received Injuries which rendered him unconscious He was tak en back to the botol but never spoko after the accident dying two hours later laterAllen Allen was injured Internally and is in a serious condition Mr Molloys remains were shipped to Kuttawa this morning Ho left Knttawa Saturday night and the shock of his tragic and unexpect ed death is felt generally in this sec tion He was a man abont 43 years of age married and well known hero Ho leaves besides wife three chil dren Ax sister and brother living in Texas also survive him Molloy wig well known in Paducah having often come to the city on busi ness the last time only a few days ago Ho had many friends hero and was a popular man everywhere Mr Molloy was related to the Da valla on Jefferson street Paducah Mrs Henson a relative who had been
