Joan Maloney, J. J. Buckley Wed; He Is St. John's Grad A Nuptial Mass on St. Valentine's Day united in marriage Miss Joan Maloney, daughter of Mr.

and Mrs. John Joseph Maloney of 102 Richards Atlantic Beach, and John J. Buckley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Stephan A.

Buckley of 69 Connecticut Long Beach The Mass was read by the Rev. Michael Gallagher in St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic Church, Long Beach, and the ceremony was performed by the Rev. Patrick Shine. A reception followed in the Lincoln Hotel, Long Beach.

Escorted to the altar by her father, the bride wore a gown of ivory satin and lace with a tulle vell attached to a coronet of seed pearls. She carried white prayerbook with white orchids and lilies of the valley. Miss Marie Maloney was her sister's maid of honor. Bridesmaids were another sister, Miss Patricia Maloney; Miss Joan Buckley, sister of the bridegroom and Miss Ann McCormick of Brooklyn, cousin of the bride. Stephan A.

Buckley Jr. was his brother's best man. Ushers were John Maloney, brother of the bride: William McKeough of Long Beach and James Reardon of New York City. The bride is an alumna of Katherine McCauley High School, Brooklyn and Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia, Pa. Mr.

Buckley is an alumnus of Iona College, N. Y. and St. John's Law School. He served in World War II with the Fourth Marine Division in the Pacific Theatre of Operations.

Mrs. Suozzi was graduated from the Mary Immaculate School of Nursing In Jamaica and is on the staff of the North Country Community Hospital, Glen Cove. Judge Suozzi is an alumnus of the Fordham University School of Education and the Harvard Law School. He served as a navigator in the Army Air Force during World War II. After Southern trip, the couple will live in Glen Cove.

Unite in Double-Ring Ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Sobel of Locust Valley, formerly of Southampton, was married on Sunday afternoon, in a double-ring ceremony to Anthony Joseph Casciotta, son of Mr. and Mrs. Salvatora Casclotta of Brooklyn and Southampton.

The ceremony took place in St. Hyacinth's Church, Glen Cove, with the Rev. Jullan Zebrowski officlating. A reception followed in the Glen Cove Inn. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore gown of white nylon tulle embroidered with sprays of lilies of the valley.

She carried orchids and stephanotis. Miss Dorothy Herman of Locust Valley was maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Miss Antoinette Miss Dorothy Sobel, daughter of Pileggi of Bayville and Frances Cichocki of Southampton. Newlyweds on Bermuda Honeymoon Miss Dorothy Jean Pelcher, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Pelcher of Garden City Park, and Charles Schatzle, son of Mrs. Mary Schatzle of Roosevelt, were married Sunday afternoon. The ceremony took place in the Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Mineola, at 4:30 o'clock.

A reception followed in the Polish National Hall of New Hyde Park. Given in marriage by her fa-. ther, the bride wore a gown of white nylon lace over satin, fashioned with long sleeves and full skirt forming a cathedral train. Her full-length, three-tiered Illusion vell was caught by a halo of seed pearls and sequins and she carried a cascade of white gladioli and gardenias.
