Peter entertained a number of his friends at his hostely in Washington township, with a turkey supper. The Allentown contingent went to Best's crossing by trolley from which point a large sleigh drawn by four horses was in waiting and conveyed the party to the hotel. When half way between the trolley line and the hotel the sleigh upset and the entire party was dumped into the snow-, hut fortunately nobody was hurt.
