The building, located just south of the Fenton post office, will be remodeled foi the chapel. The funeral home has been located in the Newel building, but will move Sept. 1st to its new location. Thursday, August 11, 1955 Algona (Id.) Upper Dei Moines—7 E. N. Clemans, Area Printer, Dies In West Funeral services for E. N. Clemans, 68, former well-known printer and newspaperman in this area, wre held Friday at The Dalles, Oregon. Rev. Revelle Roach officiated and burial was in Parklawn Cemetery there. Mr Clemans died Monday in a hospital at The Dalles following a heart attack. Edson N. Clemans was born May 1, 1887, at Arlington, So. Dak..' and lived much of his life in Kossuth County. He was employed as a printer by Leo Wolfe for the Titonka Topic from 1926 until 1930, published the Lakota Record from 1930 to 1934, then worked as a printer at Burt, Emmetsburg ann Mitchell, So. Dak. He was in the Emmetsburg Tribune office from 1935 to 1937. In 1946 he became pressman foi the Optimist at The Dalles, and worked there until his retirement due to illness in January this year. Survivors include his wife, Anna, and son, George, at The Dalles; sons. H. Robert, Albany, Ore., and William E., Englewood, Colo.; a daughter, Mrs Dorothy Mae Morrow, Emmetsburg; a brother, Arthur, Proctor, Minn.: a sister, Mrs Ruth Bidwell.
