Sima, president of FS Services, has been reelected to a second term 46 president of the Council of Farmer Cooperatives, Sims WAS endorsed for another one-year term during the group's 41st annual meeting at Hollywood, Fla. He operates a grain and livestock farm near Liberty. "It must be made abundantly clear that the cooperative vehicle is the farmer's only recourse in competing with corporations which are completely integrated in the food business." said Sims in his address. Doss learned his trade of circus aerialist in the old Ward flying barn in 1915, He was member of the Plying Wards from 1918 to 1927. Mr. Doss retired from circus life prior to 1940. He and his wife. the late Agnes E.

Doss, operated the Circus Roller Rink at 1606 S. Stain for many years beginning in 1939. Airs. Doss died in 1900. He was taken to the Beck Memorial Home.

Phillies was born March 12, 1888, in Le Roy, a son of Doe and Minerva Surfield Phillips. He married Lena Robertson in Le Roy about 50 years ago. Phillips farmed south of Le Roy before becoming the owner and operator of grocery store in Le Roy. He moved with his family to California about 25 years ago. Mrs. Marie Miller PAXTON (PNS) Mrs. Marie Miller, 83, died at 8:30 p.m.

Tuesday at her home of an apparent heart attack. Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Brown- Miller Funeral Home, the Rev. William White officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Piper City.

Visitation will be from and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. The Rosary will be at 8 p.m. Mrs. Miller was born April 30.

1886, at Chicago. She attended Chicago, schools and was married to Nicholas Miller. They moved to Piper City in 1922. He died in 1956 and she moved to Paxton in 1964. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs.

Bielfeldt, 90, died at 8:15 p.m. Wednesday at Gibson Community Hospital annex. His funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at St. John's Lutheran Church, near Anchor.

The Rev. Alexander Youck will officiate and burial will be 'in the church cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Friday at the Lamb Funeral Home. He will be taken to the church at noon Saturday.

James Camper HEYWORTH -James Camper, 83, was dead on arrival at Mennonite Hospital in Bloomington at 11:15 p.m.

Wednesday. He was brought to Stensel Baugh, Wife Injured Normal Mayor Charles L. Baugh, 43, and his wife, Norma, 41, were injured about 7:30 a.m. Thursday in a collision near Springfield. Both were taken to St.

John's Hospital, Springfield, but released after treatment. Sangamon County sheriff's deputies said the couple's car, driven by Mayor Baugh, overturned at the intersection of Andrew Road and Illinois 124 north of Springfield. The Baughs were towing a second car which went off the road as they hit a bump, police said.
