(UPI) The McHenry County sheriff* office says the Worldwide Fireworks plant has 80 days to satisfy federal safety regulations. The plant was leveled by a series of explosions on Saturday. County authorities said Sunday that federal inspectors toured the plant two Weeks before the explosions and found violations in the way explosives were stored. A Naperville man, Robert Seaman, 30, was listed in sat­ isfactory condition at McHenry Hospital. Seaman suffered Injuries in the explosions. Six 6ther persons were treated and released. Motorists Volunteer Info In 1-57 Slayings Case Chicago (UPI) — Approximately 100 motorists have volunteered information in connection with the Interstate 57 slayings, state police said. State police conducting an investigation into the shooting deaths of three persons said Sunday motorists told of seeing the alleged gunmen on various roads'around Illinois within the past three weeks. State police said many descriptions of the suspect from motorists generally fit the composite police drawing of a man fleeing from the stolen car of one of the victims. A suspicious driver had been reported seen as far away as East St. Louis, state police said. State police said the suspect is believed to be black and between 20 and 25 years old. Many motorists told state police they saw two men in the car. Several persons are being sought for questioning, state police said. State police said none of the motorists told them they were ever stopped by a suspicious driver along 1-57.
