Although there are many ways to go about this, here's one that beats all—and beats the heat, too. Called "Meal In A Casserole" it means exactly whafft'saVSJ'if ha~B-tfvci'ythln(f. . . soup, fish,, vegetables and topped .with crunchy toasted corn flakes. Meal In A Casserole. ' , 1 box (12 ounces) quick- ' 1 cup (7 n l-ounce can) tuna frozen green peas, thawed fish, flaked 1 can condensed cream of 2 cups Post,Toasties Corn Flakes mushroom soup 2 tablespoons butter, melted Combine peas and mushroom soup in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring once or twice. Then add tuna fish and mix lightly. Turn into greased 1-quart baking dish. Crush cereal slightly, toss with melted butter, and use to cover tuna fish mixture.
