New Medicine Man CINCINNATI <AP) — Frank Quam, a 23-year-old Zuni Indian and the first Indian graduate of the University of Cincinnati pharmacy school, will return to the reservation. He'll dispense medicine to the Sioux on the reservation at Pine Ridge, S.D. "I wanted to work with my people and this was the best way to do it," Quam said. "There are many older Indians .who don't want to have anything to do with new medicine or new methods.
