Zoology Class Set At Bodega Bay Some 20 University of California students will spend the first half of their summer vacation at the seashore knee deep in sponges, mollusks, sea anemones and various other specimens of invertebrate sea animals. This at Bodega Bay will be a six-week course in invertebrate zoology given in the first summer session, under the auspices of the Berkeley campus zoology department. According to a department spokesman, students will stay in a nearby motel and do their laboratory work in a gear shed. The shed, rented from a crab fisherman, has been modernized. Mill Valley Council Also Sets Deadline Mill Valley City Council Wednesday night followed Sausalito in putting a deadline on council agenda items.

The council will require that matters to be considered at the Wednesday night sessions be listed with the city clerk by 3 p.m. of the preceding Friday. Almonte Club To Fix Stand On Flood Zone Almonte Improvement stand in the proposed Richardson Bay Flood Control zone will bs decided on Thursday, May 10.

At the 8 p.m. meeting to be held at Almonte Hall, south of Mill Valley, the board of directors will hear opinions before taking action. The public improvements committee of the club, after careful study, has recommended that the club oppose establishment of flood control zone in the Richardson Bay area at this time. Last week the Almonte Sanitary District Board voted opposition to the zone. The committee feels that an engineering study of feasibility of the flood control project (the Urquhart plan) be made before the zone is established.
