McIntyre, 22, North Chicago, was charged with selling mortgaged property and released on $200 bond police magistrate court Saturday. MeIntyre was picked up by Capron Police Chief Hal Campbell on a complaint signed by Glen Chamberlain, manager of the Gulf Service station in Capron.

The complaint charges that MeIntyre owes $86.34 on tires purchased from Chamberlain on the time pay plan, and that McIntyre traded the car for another vehicle without paying for the tires. 7. Cotner was trained to install, test, adjust and perform organizational maintenance on the Hawk guided missile system fire control equipment including the acquisition radar and battery control central and associated power and test equipment. He entered the Army last February completed basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. The 19-year-old soldier is a 1960 graduate of Genoa-Kingston high school. 6th St. LI 4-6213 Deaths Funerals Fay L. Dyer Taken By Death Fay L. Dyer, 45, 2622 Hanson street, Rockford, died Sunday at 8:55 a.m. in St.

Anthony's hospital after a six-months illness. He was a building maintainance man for Ipsen Laboratories, of Rockford. He was born Dec. 2, 1916 in Poplar Grove, son of Lloyd and Mable Todd Dyer. He was educated in Poplar Grove and graduated from Poplar Grove high school.

He married Sylvia Blodgett Olomon on Aug. 26, 1939, in Dubuque, Iowa. They lived in Capron until two and years ago when they moved one to Rockford. He is survived by his wife; two stepsons, Robert Olomon of Rockford and Ray Olomon of Roscoe; one brother, James, Capron; a sister, Mrs. Maxine Waterman of Capron, and his father, Lloyd of Belvidere.

He was preceded in death by his mother. Funeral rites will be conducted at 2 p.m, Wednesday in the Witbeck-Wheeler-Sabien home by the Rev. Wayne Kidwell of the Capron Methodist church. Interment will be in Capron cemetery. Friends may call after Tuesday noon at the funeral home.

Albert Bergmann Rites Conducted Funeral rites for Albert Bergmann of Sparta, were conducted Friday in that city. He was the brother of Carl and Otto Bergmann of Belvidere who along with Mrs. Carl Bergmann attended the rites and returned to Belvidere Saturday. World Briefs WINS CAUTIOUS APPROVAL SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic (AP) -President Joaquin Balaguer's creation 'of a new, state governing council with a promise to resign once the Dominican Republic is accepted back in the Western Hemisphere family of nations won cautious general approval today. Balaguer, whose' old ties with the Trujillo regime have brought him under attack, agreed to bow out the minute the Organization of American States lifts diplomatic and economic sanctions imposed on the island republic 16 months ago.

In Washington, the U.S. State Department praised Balaguer's provisional government plan and said, "We consider it to be a most encouraging development."
