Presented by Logos Duo from Belgium, the Singing Bicycle Symphony will be making its North American premier starting at 4 p.m. Its route will cover this Lower East Side Gallery District, West Village, Soho, Tribeca, Battery Park and Chinatown. Logos Duos Singing Bicycle Symphony already has performed in Italy, France and Belgium. "Everybody down in those neighborhoods should expect to hear the symphony sometime between 4 and 6 p.m., said Shalom Neuman, one the events organizers. "Each of the bikes is going to be making a different sound depending on the length of the tubes, speed and condition of the street.
