authori- 2 to request computer models of operation to benefit of private organizations some of whose members stood to profit if water storage is limited to certain levels and whether he took action to try to cut the water rights of the South San Joaquin and Oakdale irrigation districts Burton Oliver assistant executive officer said the personnel board will review the accusations and report to the
