Thomas Burns of Walnut Creek, local representative, reported to the board that the machine should be in operation within three weeks. Before adjourning to inspect the construction, the board authorized the transfer of $50.000 from time deposit to the cash account to complete payment for the centrifuge and tiie pump station projects. The board also paid $10.709 in August bills and $7.963 in sal tries. Rec Program Gaining Favor Mill Valley has tentatively agreed to administer a recreation program for Homestead Valley residents, parks and recreation director Don Dimitratos told the parks and recreation commission Monday night. The after-school program, to be held at Homestead School and Brown's Hall, would be financed by a recreation assessment district congruent with the Homestead Valley Sanitary District.

The Mill Valley Parks and Recreation Commission also: USE PRIORITIES Recommended three priority levels for users of park and recreation tacilities. First priority would be for programs administered by the department, second to programs co-sponsored by the department, and third to all other groups.
