61 Nebraskans Named to Tliursdav, Nov. 12, Lincoln Journal Nebraska State Joomal 9 Sixty-one Nebraskans have been named to the sponsoring committee for Hardin Saturday at the University of Nebraska. The event will provide an opportunity for Nebraskans and members of the University staff to recognize Dr. Clifford M. Hardin for his services as chancellor.

He held the post from 1954 to 1969 when he was named U.S. Secretary of Agriculture. Roast Beef SANDWICH 01- Sunnvbrooke 745 nth Dr. and Mrs. Hardin will be honored at a luncheon at 11:30 a.m.

Saturday in the Nebraska Union Centennial Room. During the luncheon members of the sponsoring committee will present a special reminder to Dr. and Mrs. Hardin, according to E. J.

Faulkner of Lincoln, chairman of the committee. Gov. Norbert Tiemann and Chancellor D. B. Varner will express appreciation for Dr.
