Auxiliary Parley Attracts Many from Valley Cecelia McKinnon. candidate for president of Department of California American Legion Auxiliary was guest speaker Friday when 20th District observed annual Vice Presidents Night with Eagle Rock unit hostesses in their American Legion Hall. With a record of 21 years as active mwnber of the auxiliary, Mrs. McKinnon. the mother of children, is now serving for a three- year term on the state finance committee.
