Seeks US Guidance Aid The Fresno City Board of Education again has applied for federal help for its counseling and guidance program under the National Defense Education Act The board of education yesterday approved an application for $18275 in federal money The application will go to the state department of education which administers funds under the federal act If the application is approved the school district would match the federal funds although Assistant Superintendent Erwin A Dann assured the board yesterday the application docs not commit the district to participate if it decides
