Artist Margaret Keane Found Happiness In God HONOLULU (UPI) Margaret Keane, the world famous painter of big-eyed waifs, is spending her days knocking on doors with a Bible in her hand. The artist whose paintings of eyed children are internationally known is walking Honolulu streets, trying to get a foot in the door to talk about her new faith. Although her success is the envy of many other artists and her marriage a good one. Miss Keane has finally found by becoming a Witness. In her art-filled living room perched on a mountain overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Miss Keane explained that it was a knock on her door from a Jehovah's Witness that changed her life.
