the appointment of Freeh as the station manager of KFRE-TV and Keith Mealey as the director 'of television operations Bartlett also announced the company has signed a contract to carry Columbia Broadcasting System programs when KFRE-TV goes on the air on channel 12 early in June He said the station will be the CBS basic affiliate In the San Joaquin Valley CBS programs now are viewed locally over KJEO the Broadcasting Company station which also carries American Broadcasting Company shows Bartlett said KFRE will present more CBS programs than are dvaiiable at present to valley viewers Serve As Officers Freeh and Mealey are stockholders and vice presidents of the company Freeh a native of Cincinnati Ohio has been with Radio Sta sprinkling systems also was active In Fresno County and
