Its most precious jewels In theper-son of Mrs Sarah 8toan when the sad news reached the homes of relatives and friends a pall of sadness and gloom was cast over the entire community she has on the same farm where she Mrs CX Sloan daughter of Wilbert Humphrey ana wife bom February 8 1864 and id away on June 4 1939 be-g 75 years 3 months and 27 days old at the time of her de-ture All was done She reared no children of her own but upon her marriage to Mr Sloan she became stepmother of nine four boys and five girls namely: Elmer Sloan and Mrs 8 tia) Hawkins of Tuscumbia Sloan of Dixon Clfode Rector Sloan Mn Evelyn Boyce and Mrs Albert (Bertha) Baker of Kansas City Mo Mrs Harve (Letha) Fielder of Springfield Mo and Mrs Walter (Ida) fielder of the State of California Besides these she
