Harmon It itself this is a simple state ment but the factors behind it tell of one of the greatest stories cf progress among schools and in school systems to he found in the state By way of background there were 19 school districts in 1937 when Walter Crouch became County Superintendent of schools there had been 32 districts operating clumsily in 1929 and in 1909 when the county was cut off from
