Funeral rites for Clarence William Niclols of Sycamore, formerly of Kingston, were conducted Sept. 20 in the Van Natta Funeral Home, Sycamore, by Dr. Wesley Israel of Chicago. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery, Sycamore. Mr.

Nichol's died Sept. 17 jn the Sycamore Ifispital after a short illness. He was the son of the late Ira and Jennf Maltby Nichols. He was born in Kingston July 3, 1910 and was married to Florence Stott in 1930. He farmed in the Kingston area, for some time.

He is survived by his wile; a son, Charles- of the Air Force at Big Spring, Texas; -throe grandchildren; a brother, Howard, Belvidere; and a sinter, Ruth, of Sims, 111. Miss Lenore Nichols and Mrs. Louise Swanson of Kingston are aunts and Mrs. Ina Thurlby of Kingston, a cousin. Mrs.
