East Forest Junior Class Carnival Held By Nancy Tempest MARIENVILLE -A-carnival sponsored by the junior class ol fcast Forest High Schooi, was helc February 2. There were several, games offered, including darts, baseball throw, pitching pennies; foul shooting; fortune-telling; a novelty stand; and a refreshment counter. A door prize was won by Jane Snyder. After the game session all were imvited to stay for a record dance. Chaperons for the evening weie Mrs.

Mabel Shipe, Richard Bailey and Karl Seiffert. The Missionary Society of the Presbyterian Church met in the Church Social Rooms last Friday evening. The meeting was conducted by the president, Edith Gaul. The Bible Study was given by Mrs. Paul Murdock, Sr.

Topic for the evening was "Christ's Way Every Day-In Every Age." Leaders for the evening were Mrs. Dan Kendall, Mrs. Alex Badenoch and Miss Elizabeth Brown. Lunch was served following the meeting by hostesses Mrs. Garland Haslett and Mrs.
