Friday and by ABC on Sunday has hit sane snags with its Wichita airings The CBS and NBC local affiliates KWCH-TV Ch 12 and KSNW Ch 3 will broadcast the show "Scared Silent Exposing and Ending Child from 9 to 10 pm Both plan local programming in conjunction with the show public television station KPTS Ch 8 has no plans to air the special a spokesman said ABC stations will run the show at 9 pm Sept 6 but locally and at sane other stations around the country that is when the annual Jerry Lewis Labor Day telethon fa muscular dystrophy will be broadcast So KAKE-TV Ch 10 will air "Scared Silent" at 6 pm Sept 5 said Jacque Gegen program manager The program Is believed to be the first time a non-news event has been aired in this way Arnold Shapiro the executive producer has enlisted as
