Revoke Parole Of Ex-Mobster's Girl LOS ANGELES (AP) A federal judge has revoked Liz Renay's probation and the onetime girl friend of ex-mobster Mickey Cohen must serve a three-jear prison term. Judge Peirson K. Hall has ruled that her plea of guilty to a charge of disturbing the peace showed she had violated terms of her probation. Miss Renay, 35, was arrested last Jan, 31 with a man in a Hollywood Boulevard motel and charged with resorting soliciting for purposes of prostitution.

The charge later was to disturbing the peace, and she paid a $75 fine. Miss Renay was given probation in July 1959 after she admitted committing perjury before a federal grand jury investigating Cohen's income tax status. The perjury was in connection with a $5,500 loan she claimed to have made to Cohen. Scheduled to Hang For Rape Tomorrow LEAVENWORTH (AP) More than six years after his conviction, John A. Bennett is scheduled lo be hanged tomorrow for rape and attempted murder in Austria.

Bennett observed his 25th birthday Monday and was given a cake in his cell. A general court martial convicted him at Lehener Kaserne, Sa4z-burg, Austria, on Feb. 8, 1955. Bennett has been held in death row at the U. S.
