1 was sent to county jail under bond Wednesday after he waived prelininary hearing on a charge of taking indecent liberties with a minor. Sheriff's deputies arrested Campbell Tuesday afternoon and later brought charges against him. His appearance Wednesday was before Bloomington Police Magistrate Walter J. Reiner, The case will now go to a higher court. Authorities said the charge is an outgrowth of Campbell's alleged involvement with a 13 year old girl.
