To secure this type of hay, a good hay variety should be used, such as Virginia on most farms. It is then necessary to see that it is cut at the proper time which is when the pods are one third grown. Since i it takes about 70 days from plant ing to mature hay crop, the beans can be planted now and taken off for hay in August. HOGS 30 Shoats. 60 pounds each.

Glamor is a word in Hollywood's favorite section of the dictionary that portion under whence comes filmland's chief vocabularian con tributictis to our language: Great, grand, glittering, gorgeous, glorious, glamorous girl. Hardly a day goes by in the motion picture industry but what at least one oi tnese woras soms into print. When they all burst forth at once it can mean only one thing. Arleen Whelan.

Who is Arleen Whelan? Most of Hollywood itself doesn't know. A year ago she was an obscure manicurist in Southern California chipping her $18 a week into the family coffers so that her brothers could go to high school. What has Arleen Whelan to do with glamor? Glamor, strictly speaking, is an intangible something. It is not, as is usually assumed, the sole accomplice of mink wraps, orchids and slinky evening gowns. True glamor throbs like an aura around cotton and homespun garb; it radiates from the starchy prim severity of a nurse's uniform; it quivers delicately around the tailor made secretary.

It hovers near dark brown eyes, light blue eyes. It smoulders in green gray eyes or velvet violet eyes. It breathes out oi me lawny scent of titian hair, glitters in the gold of blonde tresses and rises likethunder smokclrom raven locks. H. Bruce Humberstone, "Lucky" Humberstone they call him in Ho!
