You Go" "The Rules of the Road" and "Big Fish in a Little Pond" He makes a big Impression on this his first solo album RCA hopefully will provide many more For an offbeat album try "Mai moado" (Epic LN 24121) the soundtrack from the film of the same name The Rim in the "Mondo Cane" tradition is a roving look at the ways of youth The music is as uneven as the film must be but has moments to recommend it Some of the bands are barbaric others lyrical still others full of mirth Ken Colman sings the main theme "Funny World" Hugo Montenegro and his orchestra take the traveler to Rome to listen to "The Yoeag Beat ef Rome" (RCA Victor LSP-2H8) The album includes several selections that already have been hits in the UA "Volare" "Eh cumpari" bid the sound is a young one and not always pleasing But the younger set should enjoy tills Also for the younger set is 'Small WooderRUa Pavone" (RCA Victor LSP 2996) the second US album by the miniature songstress from Italy The album is a collection of teen hits over the past few years all done in Miss Pavone's accented English In a way it's refreshing Closing out the tour is "Music of Bulgaria" (Elektra EKL-282) Phillips Koutev and the Ensemble of the Bulgarian Republic are featured on a reissue of an album recorded In 1955 The music the group sings shows the originality of the Bulgarian and how his heritage has been sheltered
