passing records' and led the Kansas State Wildcats to a1 shocking $-21 victory over the Sooncrs home Saturday A record Kansas State crowd of 38 $0 watched almost in- disbelief as the Wildcats handed the favored Sooners one of the worst defeats in Oklahoma history K-State vaulted to the Big Eight lead as Colorado handed Missouri its first loss 31-24 The Cats are now 3-0 in conference play and are now the only team with a dean drcuit record The 59 points were the most points ever put on the scoreboard against an OU team Oklahoma (now Oklahoma State) had the previous high against OU in a 47-0 game in 1945 Kansas State last defeated OU 8-7 in 1934 They tied in 1936 Dickey riddled the dazed Sooner defense almost at will-The Osawatomie Kan Junior passed for '380 yards on 28 completions in 42 attempts before tearing the game with 9:58 left to play The yardage and number of completions were both Big Eight standards Kansu State in running its season lou was to unbeaten Penn for a Wildcat
