Harlem wants to work and live in Vermont The odds are about 300 to 1 against him Theie are roughly 3000 applications on file with the state Department of Education most of them from people like big city teachers who want to move to the country And there are less than 100 teaching vacancies in the state a matter of luck getting a teaching job in Vermont now" said June Centybear head of the Education placement service The 3000 applications are a record number for toe state and Mrs Centybear sees the number increasing as the current crop of college graduates enters the job market all have
