Three trucks conveyed the picnickers to and from the scene of the festivities. Members of the faculty of the school chaperoned party. After several hours outing the picnickers returned to Sedalia, arriving here about 10 Parents of Daughter. Mr. and D.

Ryan, aged 7G years, mother of Lee Carpenter, a Sedalia taxicab man, died Saturday morning at her home at Warsaw, according to a message received by her son. Mr. Carpenter left at once for Warsaw to remain until after the funeral at that place. Ryan was twice married her first husband being W. W.

Carpenter and a few years following his death she married J. F. Ryan, who survives her as does likewise two sons by the first marriage. Rose Denver Mrs. Rose Denver, aged about 67 years, of 1107 East Seventh street, this city, died Friday evening at St. hospital, St. Louis, where she had been a patient for the past three weeks. Denver was the wife of William R.

Denver, a brakeman for the Missouri-KansasTexas railway out ofili Sedalia and her husband was at her bedside when the end came. In addition to her husband sho is survived by a daughter, Mrs. J. J. McCaron of St.

Louis, and other relatives there. During her residence in Sedalia she, had been a member of St. Catholic church and also belonged to the Altar society of that parish. According to information received by friend here Saturday the luneral will be at St. l.ouis ATonday morning and interment in Calvary cemetery there.
